Villa Amena is the ideal home for those who love large and quiet spaces close to the city. The beautiful terrace and surrounding garden allow moments of relaxation even in the open air. The interiors are cozy and cared for in detail. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, free Wi-Fi, TV, CD player and mosquito nets. As you may have noticed in the available services, there is no washing machine, but a short distance from us there is a self-service laundry that is always open and inexpensive.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

A Stay in a 17th-Century Convent

For those passing between Parma, Mantua, Sabbioneta, Verona, Lake Garda, you must stay in a historic building in Casalmaggiore, formerly a convent in the 1600s and near the Po river embankment. There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes. The flat has access to the Belfiore gardens which are one of the magical places in Mantua at any time of year. The gardens overlook the Mincio River, which forms the upper lake of Mantua. In the centre is a unique and extensive cultivation of lotus flowers that was planted in the early 20th century. The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.
