A true gem on a small private island. 100% nature, 0% stress. Access only by boat (engine: motor or your arms (rowing) it is your choice) ! Here you can swim, fish, breathe and relax. And why not take the boat over to the mainland for mushroom picking or walks. Electricity,open fire, hot shower (although you may want consider a fresh morning dip in the lake instead) , gas toilet, all rustic but cosy comfort. There is a lot to do around the accommodation such as Hiking in Tiveden National Park, kayaking in the Vättern archipelago, visiting the harbor Aspaviken and Olshammar farm, which is the birthplace of the poet Verner von Heidenstam. There is a playground, soccer field and boules court, etc. within 200 meters. The bus stops right outside if you would like to discover Askersund's cozy neighborhood.
