Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund(en) Großes, super schönes, eingezäuntes Grundstück – ideal für Reisende mit Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist super gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und alles, was man braucht, ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straße ist zwar hörbar - mal mehr mal weniger - aberfür uns war es nicht störend. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, hatte sogar Süßigkeiten im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt und gab uns tolle Restauranttipps. Früherer Check-in war auch problemlos möglich. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! DANKE dafür :)

Natasha belde ons op de dag van aankomst op, on te zeggen dat het appartement al gereed was. we konder er dus eerder in 😀. Ze wachtte ons op en heeft alles goed uitgelegd. Natasha is een hele lieve vrouw. Als je iets nodig hebt, regelt ze het gelijk. Het appartement ligt midden in Lovran, vlak bij de zee. Ideaal! Onze hond kon vrij rondlopen in het appartement en het dakterras. Mooi uitzicht! Het hondenstrand was een kwartiertje lopen. Deze was helemaal afgezet door een hek en de rotsen. Waterschoenen is wel aan te raden. De bakker en supermarkt waren ook op loopafstand. De Lungomare, het pad wat helemaal naar Opatia loopt, is ideaal om te wandelen langs de kust. Je komt onderweg genoeg terrasjes, strandjes (voornamelijk beton) en dorpjes tegen. Het was heel fijn om in Lovran te verblijven. Dankjewel Natasha!

O gazda primitoate , prompta. Apartamentul are o priveliste perfecta , curata, perfecta pentru un cuplu. Toate sunt in apropiere(restaurante, plaja, magazine) . Multumim pentru tot, si speram sa revenim in curand ! Salutari calduroase

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

Diese Anwesen war ein Traum. Der Pool die Außenanlagen der geschützte Balkon einfach alles. Der komplett umzäunte Garten war perfekt für unsere zwei Hunde. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Was für uns wichtig war. Hafen liegt direkt unter dem Haus.( Hunde sind dort nicht erlaubt im Wasser) was aber überhaupt kein Problem war denn auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite konnte man super ins Wasser. Alles ist recht nah zu erreichen. Unten im Dorf gibt es 3 Restaurants. Die haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Größere Städte oder Strände sind leicht mit den Auto erreichbar. Auch ein Tag zuhause ging problemlos. Der große Pool der große Garten einfach ein Traum. Wohnungen sind getrennt. Wichtig evtl zu wissen wenn man mit Kindern reist. Beide Wohnungen waren mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber! Vermieter total hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und auch empfehlen

Appartement très sympa et récent avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La terrasse est magnifique, et le reste de l’appartement est très bien aussi dont le lit très confortable. Plage et quelques restaurants très proches. Par contre le centre d’Opatija est à 2/3kms à pied. Aucune plage réellement grande et pas de sable mais c’est la Croatie. Montagne à cote pour ceux qui veulent marcher. Pula, Trieste à 1h ainsi que la + grande grotte d’Europe. Hana qui nous a accueilli est très sympa. Il y a un SpA aux prix très accessible juste à l’entrée du bâtiment et une piscine commune pratique pour les jours où on veut faire trempette sans aller à la mer. Bon séjour à tous !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube !! Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr reserviert, weil wir so begeistert und zufrieden sind ! Ganz ganz großartig !

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

L’alloggio è giusto per tre persone, cucina attrezzatissima (dalle pentole agli elettrodomestici), il bagno pulitissimo con lavatrice (c’erano anche i detersivi), camera matrimoniale con ampio armadio (con lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani aggiuntivi), il divano letto in salotto molto comodo. Bel terrazzo con vista sul mare e tavolo per mangiare. L’host molto gentile e super disponibile!!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich ein Traum! Wunderschön und total modern! Der Ausblick als auch die Lage sind ebenso perfekt! Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und ist eig direkt in der Stadt! Auch zu Burg geht man nur 20min hoch! Echt wundervoll. Schade das wir nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt hatten.. es war wirklich genial!

Wunderbare Unterkunft! Es hat alles super gepasst und war wie erwartet. Highlight waren der Ausblick und die beiden Schildkröten im Garten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Danke, Tatjana!

Domagoj’s place was INCREDIBLE! We had such a wonderful stay! Communication was easy, and check in was smooth. The space was recently renovated with high end appliances and attention to detail. It is obvious that a lot of thought went into renovating this beautiful space. The house itself lends you to imagine what it was like to live in a mansion built 100 years ago. With a sprawling garden estate right on the water this place is inviting a relaxing stay. This is a place where pictures do no justice! Shopping and provisions are walkable. We had an amazing time here! Thank you again for this opportunity!
