During the summer season, the chalet is a member of the highly popular Multipass scheme.

Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

On the ground floor of our chalet, facing south, with a huge view over the entire Aulps valley and the mountains. Very quiet area with meadows, old traditional barns. A 2-minute walk to the bus stop serving Lake Montriond and the Avoriaz ski lifts. Ideal place to stay in the mountains, quiet, but close to the activities of the resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz or Les Gets.

Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
