The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Large house recently renovated and furnished reflecting my spirit as a traveler through paintings and original finishes such as bamboo parquet and African clay walls. Large and colorful, it is perfect for those looking for a quiet, welcoming, spacious accommodation and well connected to the center of Udine (bus stop below the house) and the main roads. Paolo picked us up and drove with us to show us the house, meaning that we received a very kind and personal history of the place over the last 75 years, which was an amazing experience to start us off. The location of the house is remote (30 min windy but good road), yet, absolutely stunning with beautiful views to the valley. This place is the best for all nature and history lovers. A perfectly renovated, spotless and comfy home up on the mountain with a forest reserve all around. The best were the vultures (Gänsegeier, griffoni). We expected to maybe see 2-3 but observed around 60 of them, how they circles for 2 hours down in the valley all the way above us and for up-close pictures only a few meters away. It is a complete private nature experience, with no-one else around, just wonderful. Then, using the BBQ or just hanging out with the views.

Victoria and Pienenrico are attentive, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Both were available to us at any time and at short notice. The place is very nice, it was clean and surrounded by a beautiful large garden, so you could enjoy the tranquility in the middle of the city and have a perfect retreat. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and taste, you feel very comfortable there. We really enjoyed the stay and thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Filippo was an extremely responsive and friendly host with guests. The apartment is placed in the most beautiful area of Udine and I recommend everyone to stay here !
