Fishing license is available on site, boat is available to rent for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1000. The house is connected to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to offer stories and information about the area. Central Falkenberg, charming courtyard house

Charming farmhouse in central Falkenberg. The feeling of staying in the countryside and still be 300 meters from Stortorget. Private patio with barbecue and parking in the yard. The cottage has two floors - the upper with three comfortable beds and the lower with a small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic channels and bathroom. Tea and coffee are provided in the cottage. Breakfast/breakfast bread can be found at the adjacent bakery. Wi-Fi Toilet and paper towels, dish detergent, soap and shampoo at your disposal. Mysig stuga i två våningar. Sovrum uppe. Kök, badrum och tvhörna nere. Varsamt renoverat med naturmaterial. Lerklinade väggar som målats med äggoljetempera. Platsbyggda skåp och hyllor. Badrum helkaklat och traditionellt modernt dock. Stora grönytor och parkering precis utanför. De tjocka väggarna i huset gör att det blir ganska tyst trots motorvägen två km bort. Hallandslängan bredvid byggdes 1899 och er värd bor här permanent. Gäststugan byggdes 1965 och det sägs att man födde upp tuppar här!

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
