The reality of this accommodation far exceeded my expectations! The interior spaces are well-kept and impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and there are also all the necessary services such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and an excellent set of pots. Obviously, the highlight of the house is the sea-view hot tub, which allows you to relax while immersed in the hills of the area. Alessia was a very kind and helpful host, even offering us a plate of cherries freshly picked from their trees. Thanks again and see you soon!

We stayed 8 nights at Elio's house with our 5 and 3 year old children and it was a wonderful experience! The house has very large and bright rooms, furnished with everything you need, and the garden offers a view of the surrounding hills and priceless peace! Even better than in the photos! We used the house as a base to visit practically the entire region and it is also very close to the sea. There is a well-stocked bakery and supermarket nearby. Elio was very kind, always available and ready to provide advice on the area. Upon our arrival, he also greeted us with a nice basket of excellent cherries! Really super recommended, especially for families with children, who can enjoy this wonderful garden!

We had a great time right from the start, Lorella and Massimo are very kind and helpful hosts who welcomed us into the house which is in a quiet and strategic location to reach the various beaches and resorts of Conero. They gave us various info about the most interesting places to visit and tips on local and typical restaurants. We recommend it for a good experience in the Marche.

Rosella and her husband welcomed us courteously late in the evening upon our arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I already know we'll be back.
