Vacation rentals with a patio in Morrisville

We all enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a lovely historic building, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the small park next to the house. I love the high ceilings, and even though the weather was beautiful, we appreciated that the air conditioning and fans were ready if we needed them. It was also really pleasant to sit on the front porch in the evening. A lovely home, great information and recommendations from the hosts, and we would be delighted to visit again.

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Such a cute place and such friendly and responsive hosts! I don't have any complaints. The place was really comfortable and clean, instructions were clear, and it was in a pretty good location. I'd definitely recommend/book again!

We were happy to find this rental on a busy graduation weekend. The place is beautiful and clean with all the essentials. Most important to me-- the bed was a super comfy king with great linens. The bathroom and kitchen were also great and the location was quiet, in a transitional neighborhood. Some places renovated, some awaiting a re-do. The entrance is at the rear of the house and feels safe and private.

Our family of three stayed for 2 nights. The place was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for us to have privacy. The beds were super comfortable and the washer and dryer was a plus. If I visit Raleigh again, this is my first choice of accommodations.

We enjoyed the stay @ Kim’s. Great location (walking distance for coffee shops and restaurants), but very quiet at night. Kim is very responsive and provided all the information we needed. We definitely recommend her place and hoping to stay there again!

REALLY Enjoyed our stay at the AirBnB! My dog LOVED being able to run around in the backyard! Walkable to most places we needed to go for the wedding weekend! Pippa was a wonderful host, very responsive, and very friendly!

Excellent home with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. We stayed for 3 weeks after my daughter’s surgery. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook. Furnishings, beds, etc comfortable. Nice quiet area and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts always responded quickly and were helpful. Even the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend if you are need a place to stay in the area.

Best AirBnB so far. We have stayed in many places around the country and THIS HOME has been the best by far. Spotless, organized, welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. Eric is a phenomenal host, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and was flexible to suit our travel plans. Quick to respond to any request. Everything you need is there. We plan to stay here again, even forwarded the listing to very “fussy” brother who will be visiting from Denmark. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property. The interior was beautifully done and we were very comfortable for our short stay. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

Somewhat bare bones but had all that one might need for a short stay and was very clean. Area felt safe and location made for an easy walk to downtown. House does sit near the road but noise was not a problem at night. Grocery store and restaurants were very near.

Matt’s house was perfect for our trip. Everything was accurately described in the post. The house was centrally located and a just quick uber to downtown. Matt was always quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions/requests. The driveway only fits one car, but there was plenty of additional space for street parking. Great spot and would gladly stay there again.

Love Pearl Mill Flats! Great location so close to downtown Durham - even able to walk to a Durham Bulls game. And of course love the salt water swimming pool!

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Very close to everything in Raleigh! Especially convenient if you have a loved one in UNC Rex Hospital.

This condo was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Great location and walking distance to so many stores and restaurants, but it was still such a quiet and peaceful place. Thank you, Justin & Kelly.
