Kitchen use allowed in the front of the house. :) Outside the garden you will meet a beautiful castle park in Machern and in an 8-minute walk you are at the train station. Travel time to Leipzig center: Train: 25 min Car: 30min The wooden house is in the garden and we live in the front of the house (also a cat), so we are here for you.

Live it up and enjoy the time in this quiet and charming apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, fully equipped living/dining kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, stove and oven, as well as a cozy couch corner with smart/satellite TV and a spacious south balcony. When booking for 1 or 2 people, 1 bedroom is available. The 2nd room can be used for a one-time cleaning fee of EUR 35.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

Our stay at "Der Waldwiesen" was great. The highlight was the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is excellently equipped and invites you to cook together and end the evening with a good meal. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and thought out in detail. The property offers just the right mix of comfort and feel-good charm. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next visit!

Everything is great! I'm basically fussy when it comes to cleanliness. But it was so super clean and tidy that I felt right at home. The only small drawback is the connection with public transport. Still, I'd love to come back!

I spent 2 nights over the weekend with Michaela and felt totally comfortable. Michaela's daughter personally welcomed me and there was always someone approachable and on site. Either Michaela or her daughters. Everyone in the family are super nice and open. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable and it is quiet. I had the bathroom across from my room to myself! The dogs are very nice and well behaved. It was pleasantly clean, but of course, 3-4 dogs leave a few hairs. I had nice and casual conversations with Michaela and had breakfast in the sun on the terrace. There is a bus stop around the corner. The bus runs about once an hour. I was there for my grandmother's birthday, so I always had family members who took me to other local shades if needed. I'd love to come back next birthday!

Close to the city yet quiet and relaxed, a little gem. The accommodation has everything you need and more...like balcony, washing machine, teapot and much more. It's very tidy & clean and once you get 🦚 used to the peacock you can chill out super... I felt very comfortable and spent more time in the accommodation than planned, simply because it invites you to come to yourself and to distance yourself from stressful everyday life. The landlady is an experienced yoga teacher and if you like, you can get further support in "coming down" in this way and will be well advised here, as well as on the topic of "establishing healthy sleep habits"...as we know, healthy sleep is the basis for so much...whether we are well or not...whether we get sick or not, etc. So if you want to do something for yourself & personal relaxation, this is the place to be.

The property is perfect for a relaxing stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated, quietly located and offers high-quality equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. Annette was incredibly friendly and attentive. She was always very responsive to my messages and was available for any concerns. I felt welcome and comfortable right from the start. Highly recommend – I'd love to come back!
