Laurent’s place is perfect for first timers in Paris. We had a lovely stay, the ammenities were incredible. Very close to wonderful cafes, restaurants and Boulangeries. Only a short walk to the metro. It’s a quiet little area, but it was perfect. Laurent was the perfect host, and had us greeted when we arrived. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Paris!

The stay, although short, was very cozy, the apartment is as advertised, very good decoration and is connected by bus.

Katia was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The location is amazing! It's within a 10-minute walk to the Palace, and there are many restaurants on the street from which to choose. It was fun hanging out after dinner with the windows slightly open to hear the din of the people in the street below. It was quiet at bedtime and the bed is very comfortable! There is a pedestal fan in the bedroom if you need a little airflow like we do. The two flights of stairs are not steep, but they are of course old and a little uneven, so think carefully if you have balance issues. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the Palace.

It’s a nice and beautiful studio for a small couple. We celebrated our son’s first birthday in Paris and this studio gives all the comfort.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was present! The flexible arrival was a plus for us! It was a spacious home that was enormously cozy and well cared for. We definitely recommend staying here if you like to climb or enjoy nature!

We had a great time at this house. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the impeccable cleanliness and warm decoration that gives a real feeling of "home". The location is perfect and accessible in a peaceful setting. The house is spacious, bright, and perfectly equipped to accommodate a family or group of friends. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with Quentin was smooth and fast, with valuable tips to make the most of our stay. We would recommend this house without a second thought and would not hesitate to return during our next visit to the city.

Nice countryside, big garden so fun 4 kids with swings and trampoline, and easy to walk the dog into the nearby forest. Kitchen with different devices. Tip: the nearest train station is Buno Gironville for a daytrip to Paris. Communication with Frederic was easy via app and his mom was the host. Especially nice to be in spring or summer to enjoy the garden.

We can only recommend the apartment as well as Katie's kindness and responsiveness when we arrived a little early... The apartment is ideally located in Versailles, quiet, bright and very well-equipped for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) Shops are at the foot of the beautiful building, the castle, the covered market and the RERC are 5 min away. ps: free parking on Sunday, easy to park on the street.
