This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

The Sanctuary is a great place to stay. Right on beach. Bonfires every night. Great restaurant on site. Tim was a great host. Everything was great and other than check in instructions we didn't need to contact him.

Nice penthouse apartment with convenient access from the garage, close to a lot of good restaurants and stores.

Very nice place. A little difficult to find but instructions are accurate. Tracy was very responsive when I had trouble (of my own fault). The apartment was clean and quiet. Everything worked well. Very convenient in a nice neighborhood.

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.

Communicative host. Quiet, peaceful and picturesque. Bed was super comfy, and the place was clean. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but we had no problem with the 10 min drive into town. Great central location to explore the cost. Ventured from Santa Cruz to Big Sur over three days. Would return!

Four of us very much enjoyed our stay at Markus's apartment. The place is ideally located, not far from Mission Dolores Park. In spite of being on a main street, the bedrooms in the back were completely quiet. The apartment has, on the whole, a high-end feel: Thoughtfully, coherently, and stylishly decorated (clean aesthetic with some mid-century modern pieces, uncluttered but not stark); plenty of light, high quality furniture; interesting art. This felt like a home: books on the shelves, well equipped kitchen, stocked with spices, condiments, cooking oil, tea, etc. I could imagine living in this apartment exactly as it is. The host communicated promptly and responsively, accommodated a non-standard check-in time, and generally made himself available. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

I stayed 2 nights so not a lot of time to enjoy the apartment but the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed and the place is quiet despite being just off Castro Street. Next time I’m in SF I’ll be booking again for sure!

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Lisa was very friendly and responsive. She not only provided clear instructions, flexible check-in, but also shared many great local dinning options, which were super helpful for our family of five. The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. The outdoor fireplace is such a thoughtful amenity. THANK YOU, Lisa!

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David! Thank you so much Rhea for allowing my family to enjoy this gem! The reviews spoke about the views but wow, incredible! You can literally see up the coast line on both sides. The condo was clean, had enough to accommodate a family of five! We were able to cook our meals every night without a problem. The pool is just a few steps up which my youngest definitely appreciated. We are already missing waking up to the sounds of the ocean! If we’re ever in the area we would be so lucky to book this place again.
