A really charming and very functional apartment overlooking the rooftops of Avon. Peaceful neighborhood and close to many small shops, very close to Fontainebleau. We came for an event at Grand Parquet, which is a 5-minute drive away. We'll be happy to go back!

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Very well located apartment, close to the train station, which is ideal for a stay without a car. You can quickly access the forest for beautiful walks. Accommodation is as described, clean and pleasant. Responsive and welcoming host. Recommended for a weekend in Fontainebleau.

We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The hammam wasn't available, but it wasn't needed. I highly recommend the property.

Amazing weekend in Barbizon! Thanks to Julien for hosting us and for his advice. Small, spacious and comfortable house, impeccable, 2 warm bedrooms, very good bedding. Nothing is missing. Small garden not overlooked, possibility of lunch in the garden. Quiet. Ideal for visiting Barbizon on foot (museum, church, restaurants, gallery, etc.), hiking (also on site) or visiting Fontainebleau.

We had a great time in Avignon. Nearby beautiful hikes. The house is right in the middle of the forest. Didier is responsive and was very available for any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We had a lovely few days at Agathe's. The house is very welcoming and well-equipped, the garden charming and the village very quiet. It immediately felt good there. Possibility of nice walks nearby, in the forest and along the Seine. Very nice. Finally Agathe is very available and responsive.

We all loved stopping at Natalie's place. Very peaceful and in the right location for what we wanted to do. Would certainly go back again

Our stay was highly enjoyable. We returned this year to Noelle's house for the second time as this was the best experience airbnb-wise around Fontainebleau. We brought friends and they immediately fell for the house as well. Looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.
