A great night with the family here and made to feel very welcome. Great secluded spot up on the hill and near the pub for a rainy night! Gorgeous sunny views in the morning too.

House on the Hill, Winchester (Sleep up to 10)

LaurenRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Laura’s place was absolutely wonderful. We spent the first half of our holiday from the US there and it exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and peaceful with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for adults and kids alike. Our kids spent hours each day enjoying the yard and open spaces. Winchester is just a short drive away with plenty to do and see. We wish we had booked her house for more time! We will always check the availability of her property first when coming back to the UK. Laura was easy to work with and gave plenty of instructions and local recommendations. She is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a countryside getaway.

Cosy Shepherd's hut - Hensting Valley Park

We had a lovely stay. Simon was so helpful, always quick to reply and provided us with local recommendations. The shepherds hut was lovely, so relaxing, clean tidy, with everything we needed yet still feeling minimal and rustic. The log burner is a lovely touch, and kitchen and bathroom amenities were all fantastic. We would recommend this lovely place to anyone!

Countryside Barn Retreat

Absolutely lovely spot and lots of walks for the dog. Local pubs are really friendly with beer gardens and lovely food. Bishops Waltham is a 10 minute drive with plenty of shops and ample parking to stock up on amenities. Host Charlotte couldn’t help us enough with anything we needed but left us private. Lovely place and surroundings, can’t fault one thing really. Very peaceful. Would highly recommend for a quiet get away and to get fit walking the dog!

This place is simply magical - both well equipped and isolated enough to feel extremely special. Dominique was a really great host, super accomodating even though we booked a little late in the day. I can’t recommend it enough

Loft on The South Downs Way, Dogs Welcome

BeccyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The accommodation was beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with quality items, such as a coffee maker, milk frother, multi convection / microwave oven, super comfortable beds, and thick towels. There was even a spotlessly clean dog bed, and dog toys. The hosts were friendly and we felt very comfortable. Oh, and the complementary home baked cookies were absolutely delicious and so welcoming. Thank you Lucy and Billy.
