Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Morecambe

Superb detached house, in quiet location with a cosy feel despite being very large. Amazing views and spacious gardens ideal for adventurous kids. We had a lovely time here with extended family and the hosts have thoughtfully included everything needed for an easy home from home feel. Would highly recommended staying here.

It was our first time staying in Lancaster. We were attending a family wedding and much prefer an Airbnb than booking into a hotel. The hosts were very responsive to any query we had and ensured we had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of towels and bedding provided for our stay. The location of the house was perfect for what we needed. It is a very short walk to the train station which was handy for us as we had to pickup our son and his fiancé from there. It is also perfectly situation for the short walk into the town. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

It is a beautiful house tucked around the corner from the main street. clear instructions left in the lounge of the house and local places to eat, walk etc. facilities were great and clean. couple of minutes to walk to the local shops, pubs etc and parking off the main road was a great feature. would happily stay again and recommend - does have a few creaky floor boards but adds to the houses character.

This was a fantastic little find, we booked a last minute family one night away. Cottage is beautiful and cosy and a home from home. You need for nothing here and the extra little touches of a welcome pack are very welcomed. Great place to visit. x

The kids LOVED all the sheep and cows in the fields and my friends were amazed by the beautiful surrounding views (having come up from East London!) Thanks so much. Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

A well loved and super clean cottage in a surprisingly quiet part of Arnside. The garden is a little gem after a long day out in good weather. Thoroughly recommend and friends say I’m pretty fussy.

3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

A beautiful place to stay- I wish my kitchen at home was as stylish! Rachel is a great host, very friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend this place.

Only stayed one night before a wedding we were going to the next day but was perfect for us. Ray even accommodated us with the check out time which we were extremely grateful for. If we need to stay in the area again we’d try booking here again. 🙂

Enjoyed our stay at Kate's place for a second visit. Has all the amenities we needed and we can feel very relaxed there. Kate was very helpful with our booking. She dealt very promptly with one minor maintenance issue. She's a thoughtful host and there were fresh flowers, milk and biscuits to welcome us. We enjoyed chatting to Kate. What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

First of all, I am very grateful to harword for helping me deliver the things we left in the bedroom in time, so that we didn't leave any regrets before leaving UK . Harword's house is our most most love house, and the environment is definitely many times better than the photos. There are two rooms, a big bed room, a double bed, a big kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. We bought food and cooked by ourselves and had a very pleasant two days. Malt Kiln is about 40 minutes to an hour away from Wendell Lake. Because the village path is very narrow, we drive slowly, but the scenery is beautiful and the cattle and sheep flock together, which is a visual enjoyment. highly recommended here. Janet's cake is very delicious, thank you also.

Had a great stay over when I was taking part in my first 100km challenge run. Carol was always very friendly and helpful And the flat was cosy and very comfortable bed, which was just what I needed after the run. Was in a great part of town as well, with excellent brunch spots near by which was perfect for the Sunday morning

Lovely location.. communication with joyce is great.. nice neighbours.. flat very well maintained and clean did not dissapoint in any way at all would go back and book ahain x
