House vacation rentals in Morecambe Bay

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The caravan we stayed at was lovely. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates which was a nice gesture and the kids were very excited about haha We had forgotten our phone chargers but luckily there was a charger at the caravan. The TV had netflix and there was WiFi available. The hosts local guide was brilliant and we did most things recommended including Williamson park, Lancaster castle, St Patrick's chapel at Heysham Head and Morecambe which we would highly recommend to others staying. We had taken our own t.bags, coffee, sauces etc but these were also left at the caravan so if people forgot things then they were available. Would stay here again :)

We had an amazing stay! The cottage was just as described and in the perfect location so we hardly had to use the car at all and were able to walk to Windermere, Bowness and Brockhole with our two girls ( 13 and 8). The use of the nearby pool was an added bonus after a day in the mountains. We’ll definitely be back! 😀

This place was beyond our expectations. Immaculately presented, super clean, tidy, jaw dropping views. I can't fault it in any way and I can't rate it highly enough. Will definately look to return in the future. Stunning!

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

I'd stay at Jackie's place again whenever I next visit no question. Good price, and the place is exactly as she's described. And whenever I messaged her she always responded back to me within 30mins at most which is excellent

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

We absolutely loved John and Andrea’s house! The place was so clean and we loved the sun room and the bed and comforter was really nice and cozy! The location of your house is the best! This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. We had a brilliant two-night stay at Natalie’s house. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable break. Natalie was an excellent host: friendly, attentive and full of helpful local restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the Lake District, so we could head out for walks and sightseeing each day without any hassle. All in all, a five-star experience from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip

Perfect place to stay in Lancaster! Very clean and modern, loved the bathroom it has an amazing rainfall shower. Quiet road, easy to park and short walk to railway station and Lancaster Castle. Claire is a great host, friendly and quick to reply. Thoughtful as toiletries in bedrooms and tea, coffee and milk for stay. Would 100% recommend.

Marie's place was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was well located within easy walking distance of the beachfront and Morecambe attractions. Marie was helpful, friendly and very responsive. We've had a great weekend, thank you!

We did a lot of different activities in the Lake district but the house was the highlight of our trip, we’d have been happy just to spend the whole time in the house. The house has been designed to get the most out of the views and the decor is amazing too, it is really clean and feels brand new. I’d say it is definitely worth paying a bit more to stay here over anywhere else in the local area, and we will be returning at some point in the future, we miss the house already. Also Team Laik and the owners are all fantastic, communicate well and make everything easy, so if you haven’t used Airbnb before I’d go with these, you can use the messaging system on the app and get a response almost straight away should you have any questions.

This is such a peaceful and picturesque find. Cosy and comfortable with some beautiful walks nearby. Great outdoors spaces and some lovely places close by to visit.

This is just a stunning place - situated in a beautiful valley with views of the far mountains. House was full of character, all amenities we wanted were there, and just loved being able to walk from the house.

Our 2nd visit to knotts view and it certainly won't be the last. Everything about the cottage is amazing and of such high quality, including the welcome pack! The views from every window are simply stunning! The weather wasnt the best when we were there but we still managed to have a bbq and several dips in the hot tub. All in all a great place to spend precious family time!

Wow, Arnside is wonderful, special and every thing we wanted. Stuarts house and garden made for a fantastic all round experience. The weather was spectacular ....crikey, ive run out of superlatives. Faults, erm...it had to end. love John and Karen

We stayed a week in Danes Court. It’s a spacious, characterful, and very peaceful Victorian Lodge. Well equipped with good WiFi in the main rooms and TVs in the lounge and bedrooms. It’s well equipped and comfortable, and we slept well in the king size bed. We enjoyed sitting out in the afternoons (weather permitting), enjoying the peace and quiet and flutter of the birds. Danes Court is easily accessed from a very quiet road. Kendal, Windermere, and Ambleside are all within 30 minutes drive, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants/pubs within 10-20 minutes drive through beautiful countryside.

We loved our stay and the lodge was beautiful, a home from home, with so many thoughtful touches to make our time special. We loved the area and found so much to do, even in the rain. We looked forward to relaxing in the evening outside on the decking watching the sheep and lambs. A truly relaxing break would highly recommend Ingleton and the Airbnb. Five stars for everything, one of our favourite Airbnb stays.
