Cozy Log Cabin in the Woods

Scenic, cozy log cabin set back in the woods. Fully furnished & decorated. Full kitchen, 1.5 bath, washer/dryer. 1 bedroom w/full & twin bed. 1 room w/full bed. 2 twin XL cots available. See pictures for bed dimensions. Handicap accessible, Desk area, Wifi, NO landline, good verizon signal,Roku tv, Heat & AC. Pets allowed. Owner lives above garage. Dogs live on property. Hens and roosters, are housed near the cabin, they can make noise day and night. Large front porch. Bring your slippers. :-)

Country Colonial Home with rolling fields & stream

This wonderful colonial home offers wide open space on 21 acres of rolling fields with paths leading to the Green River. In the summer build your own dam or in the winter cross country ski along the edges of the stream and get a full view of the West Arlington valley. Swearing Hill is located within a mile of an old country store for all types of immediate supplies. The town of Arlington is 5 miles away, and Manchester, Vt. Is 14 miles, offering golfing, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

Saratoga County Farmhouse

Nestled on 475 acres of farmland 20 minutes north of Saratoga Springs in a peaceful atmosphere with wild turkeys, deer and red tail hawks. This farmhouse hosted 12 kids growing up and working the dairy farm on the property. The farm is now a heifer raising farm for a local farmer and has 200 heifers on site. Tractors and trucks do still run on a daily basis. Smells and sounds familiar with a farm are present. The house is a ranch with a finished basement perfect for hosting large groups.

White & Black Cottage

The White & Black Cottage is a cozy home within walking distance of downtown Glens Falls. There is a Cumberland Farms and a Stewart’s a block or two away for quick food items. Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
