Backing onto the Victoria Golf Club, this stand alone bungalow is highly accessible to Victoria, Royal Melbourne, Sandringham and Cheltenham Golf clubs. It's a 10 minute walk to Cheltenham train station, close to shopping strips and a 5 minute drive to Southland Shopping Centre. It's modern, private, with Japanese screens allowing for natural light and block out blinds for full privacy. It is comfortable in a beautiful backyard setting with, its own access and a 3-minute drive to the beach.

Heating and cooling includes reverse cycle air conditioner, gas free standing pot belly and ceiling fans in all main rooms. Please note that if there are only 2 guests each of whom requires a bedroom, it will incur an additional cleaning and linen fee for use of the additional bedroom. This cost needs to be negotiated with the owner.

Our attractive studio apartment is very conveniently located a few steps from a safe swimming beach. There are no steps to be negotiated to the apartment but there is a step of 20cm into the ensuite.
