If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

It’s the perfect base for exploring Speyside. The beautiful Moray Coast is less than 30mins drive away. Aberdeen 1.5hrs drive and Inverness 1 hour. There is so much to do and see here - you will be spoiled for choice! Please note we are 2miles from the nearest public transport and a car is desirable.

Our area offers Fishing, Golfing, Whisky trails, Visitor centers, Photographic opportunities for seeing Dolphins, Seals and Sea Birds with much more for you to see along from Rannawa. A local working harbour in the town of Buckie is only a short walk from Rannawa. Portessie offers a local public bar.
