Kirkton Family Farmhouse, Alford

The farmhouse is stunning and I would recommend to anyone looking to book for a relaxing getaway. we booked for a 60th birthday celebration and the house had everything we were looking for and with so many people in one place we never felt cramped as the house was so spacious. I messaged the hosts during our stay and they responded quickly and were very helpful which was much appreciated. beautiful surroundings and a great place to go if you are looking for a relaxing break away l ❤️

Aurora House: Home on the Coast w/ Hot tub

MavisRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This is one of the best Airbnb stays I have had over the years. Sharon was just unbelievably kind and considerate as a host. From start to finish this was a smooth stay. As we were there over Christmas we didn’t get to visit a lot of places, but we took walks along the beach which was lovely, especially when the sun was starting to set. The home was furnished very well and had all the amenities that you would need. Despite us going over our checkout time (again apologies for this) Sharon and the team were so understanding and allowed us to move out our things and kept that kind spirit. In a way it might’ve been a plus as we got to meet her in person and she is just as lovely. Would truly recommend this home. And will definitely be booking this over summer at one point and for a longer stay, to really take in the house!!

Modern house with hot tub, perfect night away!

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our second visit to Angie’s place. We loved the modern lay out of the house and the outdoor area is really nice, interesting and user friendly. It’s a really great house for a group as people can be doing different things at different times because of the games room, hot tub and various seating areas. Angie is most helpful and very nice indeed.

Eagle Lodge

NeilRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Very nice house and in a good location in Aviemore. An easy 20 minute walk into the town or very short drive. Shops and takeaways nearby if needed. We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of room from ages 8-80 that nobody felt in each other's way. Good facilities in the house and a nice garden to enjoy the sunshine if you're lucky enough to get it. Hot tub an extra treat and the contact for it was quick to reply to us when we had a slight issue with it.
The exterior of the architect-designed home is shown, featuring a light-colored façade with multiple windows. A spacious patio area is visible, bordered by a stone wall and surrounded by well-maintained grass. Lush greenery and trees are seen in the background, creating a sense of openness.

Strathnaver Holiday Lodge

AlistairRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The house was great for us with two dogs. Despite the weather, it was great to be able to walk the dogs in the woods just along the road. Grandchildren had plenty of room in the house to run about. All in all a great weekend.
An aerial view captures a spacious traditional home surrounded by a large grassy area. The property features a well-maintained exterior and is positioned on a hill with ocean views in the background, highlighting the natural landscape and nearby coastal town.

The Wee Spruce

SarahRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a fantastic few days at the Wee Spruce. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet, with lovely scenic views. You can walk into Aberlour in about 40 minutes, or 60 if you go off road (would highly recommend doing this!). The hot tub was a very nice touch, especially after a days exploring. Inside the cabin is very cosy and decorated really well. There's everything you need for a few days in terms of cooking. The heater was pretty good at taking the edge off the cold. The only thing I would say is watch your head if you're tall - the door frames are low! Maggie and Steve were great hosts. Left us to ourselves but very contactable if you needed them. Steve also runs the tours at GlenAllachie Distillery which is worth a visit.

Peaceful woodside house with hot tub

TammyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a very relaxing week in this house and we were tempted to stay because it looked so tranquil, but it’s even better than the photos! This house was perfect for what we needed and a great location to go out every day exploring, but equally great for walks and a fab cafe not too far away, if you want to stay local. Lindsey and Lara were great from the start on communicating any info/ updates and also gave local recommendations. And by the end of the holiday we all wanted to stay another week… if only we could’ve!

Red Squirrel log cabin with hot tub

SandraRating, 5 stars19 months ago
All good, the whirlpool was certainly a huge plus and used almost every evening. Her clear and comprehensive communication really made arriving and leaving pure bliss. Just a remark - the beds were a tad too soft for our liking, but that's strictly our own preference and doesn't take anything away from the overall experience at all. 10 out of 10, cleary would book again.

Cosy Rural Glamping Cabin With Hot Tub

NathanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Excellent accommodation and excellent location. There’s a path next to the site which takes you up a hill where there are deer, nice for a short walk in the morning with the dog. I had a dog with me and missed the small extra payment on the info but the host was very patient (I even forgot to pay it the evening I said I would a couple days ago!). Would definitely go back. Thanks again, Nathan

Very seemless experience. Exactly as described, easy to get in and out. Just remember to follow the what3words location rather than postcode (as Alec mentions in his messages), otherwise as the site is off the beaten track it will be hard to find. Could not recommend highly enough.
