The beds with slatted frames are 2.2 m long and we will prepare a mattress for the third guest. The modern, air-conditioned kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking (coffee, tea, and spices). In the bathroom, there is a spacious shower area (shampoo and shower gel provided). Borrow books, magazines, crossword puzzles, and board games, including ones for children. We don’t have TV here... We will be happy to issue an invoice upon request.

Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Heating is provided by a fireplace and an infrared panel. A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two are ready for sleeping. The garden is 777m2, has only one neighbor and is completely fenced. There's a canoe for two to rent. This offer is for those who want to go outdoors and understand what it entails. We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
