Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. My apartment is located in the absolutely quiet rear building in the middle of the lively Brunnenviertel, right next to the famous Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz. It is very centrally located with a tram stop right outside the front door (with the "Bim" you can get to the city center, 1st district in 10 minutes), the U-Bahn is just around the corner on the Gürtel. Various shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity.
