It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. New luxury two-storey Apartment 12 with a new large terrace, overlooking Olomouc and a hot tub. The apartment is located a short distance from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.

My apartment has a breathtaking view, is only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city center and 5 minutes walk to Eurovea mall with a lot of restaurants, bar and shops only few meter far from river Danube. The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed. It is full equipped with oven, fridge, big tv with netflix, kettle, wash maschine, iron, hairdryer, etc. There is 24h reception in the building.
