You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Vila Witke

Villa Witke placed 100 hands in front of the cabin of the architekt Witke. Located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from beautiful MIkulov, 8km from Moravia Aquapark, 8km from Vestonic Venus ... near Valtice, Lednice (20km) and 1 hour you have it from us to Vienna:). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large common room, a kitchen and TV, and a playroom for kids and grown-ups alike. There is an outdoor grill, a seating area on the terrace.

APARTMENT N. 2 Vila Familia is situated in the centre of spa town called Turčianske Teplice. Our house is just 50meter far from the Aquapark with big garden, terrace, swimming pool and park places. The town center is just 100 m far from the Vila. For our guests we offer 2 new renovated apartments. Apartment n. 2 is situated on the ground floor and it is for 2 people. Apartment has it own kitchen, bathroom and exit to the garden. The reservations are accepted just for at least 2 night.

The house is in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5 minute walk, the tram to downtown 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely surrounded by greenery and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.
