Located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from beautiful MIkulov, 8km from Moravia Aquapark, 8km from Vestonic Venus ... near Valtice, Lednice (20km) and 1 hour you have it from us to Vienna:). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large common room, a kitchen and TV, and a playroom for kids and grown-ups alike. There is an outdoor grill, a seating area on the terrace.

Luxury villa designed by arch. František Šmédkem at the golf course. The stay will be loved not only by golfers, but also by other guests. There are lots of bike trails and hiking trails nearby. Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.
