The only small downside is the tram passing by but it's not really annoying. We can't have everything... We'll come back during our next stay.

We had a great time at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the Jardin des Plantes so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
