This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The cottage is located on a private plot, private parking and lawn with a nice covered terrace. The host lives on the property next door. NOTE: Pets are not allowed! Access to the storage shed. The space between the floors is not isolated. 2.2 km to nice swimming area and 2.5 km to the island's well stocked grocery store. In the immediate area there is beautiful nature and fields with sheep and horses. In the neighboring village Gesunda you have Tomteland and a mountain for downhill and skiing! Sollerön is located about 17 km from Mora.
