The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the main train station and a 5-minute walk to Oktoberfest. Great central location. It is simply equipped. It has a kitchen with the most necessary but rather suitable for people who enjoy Munich and have a cozy sleeping place in the apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a restaurant (open Thursday, Friday and Saturday) so it can get a little louder on these days. But the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it's not bad.
