Welcome! A cute and charming old building apartment (35 sqm) awaits you that has been furnished with a lot of love. Absolute premium location, 2 minutes to the Isar, a 10-minute walk to Marienplatz and yet fantastically quiet in the backyard. for 1 person (if necessary 2), luxury mattress €1000, Nespresso coffee machine, bathtub, the best restaurants in the immediate vicinity and many very nice cafes. One Room Appartament I do have my own stuff in the apartment, so it's not a professional Airbnb apartment
