Monthly Rentals in Moorenweis

Very nice apartment located 40 minutes' drive from Munich and which allowed us to have a pleasant stay as part of the Champions League. Thomas is a very welcoming and understanding host. We were 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) and we didn't lack space. The apartment is located in an extremely quiet and relaxing place. I recommend it 200%.

If you love animals and nature, this is a highly recommended place to stay. If you don't have a car, this is an accommodation that can be uncomfortable. (There are no buses on Sundays.) We don't have a car and Franz drove us to the nearest S-Bahn station on Sunday for us, so we were able to get around comfortably and safely. The nearest market (Edeka und Netto) is a mile away, so I was able to shop comfortably thanks to renting a bike. Thanks to our first European and first German hosts, we were able to get a good start. Thank you so much again.

Markus’ place was the perfect home away from home! The place has everything needed for a comfortable stay: from kitchen equipped with anything necessary, super comfortable bed, TV and private bathroom. There are beautiful walks close by with a beautiful river views. Shops are a little further away, so having a car is better, but manageable with a bike as well. My experience with the hosts was absolutely delightful, they were kind and responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. And Pauli, their dog, is an absolute joy to have around, welcoming me back home every time. Great stay and strongly recommended!

The property is located in a private house on two floors. First floor: lounge, kitchen, oven, toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms on the second floor (at night you have to go down the stairs to the toilet). The bedrooms are heated with electric heaters, the corridor, kitchen, and lounge are heated with a wood-burning stove. When we arrived, Katya lit the stove for us, so it was very warm and pleasant in the evening and at night. Katya explained how to light the stove ourselves and we were happy to do it in the following days. The kitchen is equipped for 4-5 people including a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, there are garbage bags, towels, etc. We only lacked a microwave. In the shower, the water faucet was tight, it was difficult for the children to open the water themselves. There are no window shades, blinds, or curtains in the bedrooms. At our request, Katya provided us with a temporary solution for darkening the windows. The overall decoration of the house is very neat and beautiful, with attention to design. We liked it, we recommend it
