All rooms are individually designed and have a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Gureè beach or enjoy the swimming pool (seasonal and unheated) and basketball area on the property, which are available free of charge from 10 am to 6 pm. Villa Benè is the perfect starting point for exploring the area, which is full of charming places such as the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and the Borromean Islands. IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
