Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Montrose

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. I initially thought the photos with the dramatic mountainous landscape was exaggerated, only to realize that the photos don’t do any justice. The sunset view was breathtaking! I felt like I was in heaven! The area in front of the house was also home to very cute animals which we absolutely loved watching. The house itself was as cozy with a spacious kitchen and pantry. I loved the fact that there was no tv which meant more family time and less screen time. I forgot my AirPods there and Carl kindly offered to ship it back too! Overall, amazing host, amazing home, highly recommend staying here!

This home was so lovely and spacious. My three grandkids and I really enjoyed staying there . There were such nice touches; a bottle of homemade wine from the host, water by the bedside, coffee and creamer. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to make it an annual event.

This was the nicest place we stayed during our tour of Colorado. We wish we could have taken it to all the other places we visited. It felt just like home, and had all we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy's home in Paonia. The space was even better in person, and a great size for our family of four and dog. We spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the large yard, and our kids loved the swing. It was refreshing to stay in a place that had so many amenities, really anything you could need. The location was quiet, close to the town park and playground, close to the trails at Jumbo mountain, and still walkable downtown. I can't wait to return to Paonia and will absolutely try to book this place again!

Never heard of montrose before booking Madison’s Airbnb, but would 100% stay there again. It’s well worth the price to stay in a beautiful, like new home with so much to do in the area and all the local nationwide chain stores nearby to stock up on supplies. A/c system works great, plenty of room and comfortable bed. The master shower is amazing ! Highly recommend.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

The place is very comfortable and kept in pristine condition. The views are fantastic!! It was great sitting on the couch or outside and looking at the mountains. Great sunset colours and a beautiful night sky. It was also a pleasure meeting with Susan and Mike, who are great and friendly hosts.

The view of the first sunset set the tone for a great weekend with my daughter and family. The home was clean and located perfectly for our outdoor adventures. Each day we enjoyed the sunrise from the other side of the house as we used the kitchen for most meals. Well appointed and large enough to meet our needs with a breakfast island that allowed conversation while preparing and eating our meals. It was a wonderful adventure we will do again.

This place was serene and absolutely beautiful. It was a cabin feel and so peaceful with the creek running right through the property. We came up for our anniversary and Debra made sure we had a treat in our accomodations for us. That really made us feel so special 💜💜💜

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Oakley's oasis was very cozy with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed. The lodge area and amenities were great. Paonia is a wonderful place to visit and we will absolutely return to this place.

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and enjoyed our time away. We also really appreciated the dog bed and blanket for our dogs - what a great touch!
