One with a queen bed, another with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is a den with a futon to sleep one or two. Quite country location with access to Montrose and all its surrounding attractions. Ouray, Telluride, Grand Mesa, Black Canyon, Blue Mesa, and the list goes on. Also not far from Grand Junction.
