Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

Charming 16m2 studio located on the lower ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance. Composed of a kitchenette, a bedroom/living room and a small bathroom. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children; cramped if all beds are open. Possibility to rent an additional room on the same floor: "Deux-pièces ChezlaCotch2". Lakefront apartment

Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.

Perched on the hillside overlooking Nendaz, the chalet has beautiful views over the village and the Rhone Valley. You’ll love my place because of the space and comfort, the wonderful views, the skiing in winter and mountain walks and cycles in the summer. My place is perfect for families and big groups.
