Snuggle up with some tea during brisk weather, or enjoy a morning coffee on the porch while the sun is shining. You can expect occasional visits from ducks, rabbits, deer, and bears. Come and rest.

Feel like you are a million miles away from civilization but you are at the backdoor of many hiking and biking trails, fishing streams, boutique shops, amazing restaurants and cool breweries! Plus you are less than 30 minutes away from Asheville and The Biltmore House. Come relax! NO PETS NO SMOKING The tiny cabin is 228 sq ft. Wifi and cell service can be spotty at times.

A large picture window lets the natural light in w/ a view of a pasture w/ alpaca, sheep, & a Scotland Highland cow! Enjoy a 2nd pasture w/ 4 friendly goats; as well as 12 egg laying hens and an organic garden (seasonal) & 2 small creeks. With the serenity of being in the country, this property sits only 2 minutes off the interstate and is as close as 15 minutes from the heart of Asheville.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Asheville, exploring downtown Black Mountain, visiting Montreat, or hiking & biking in the nearby national forests.

Creekside Getaway is a newly renovated space in an older home located in a safe, established, wooded neighborhood. Our basement studio apartment is perfect for friendly couples, small groups, & young families who are looking for a cozy place to land after the day's adventures. We are 2.2mi to downtown Black Mountain & 23min drive to downtown Asheville. Surrounded by an abundance of nature, mature trees, & wildlife including bears.

Feel the mountain breeze in this air inspired rustic A-Frame. Atop the ridge, enjoy year-round views of the mountains from the back porch. Hike up Rhododendron Ridge Trail or cozy up by the wood stove with a book. Start a campfire or listen to the sounds of Bee Tree Creek in the hammock. Nightlife, food, coffee and breweries in Asheville or Black Mountain are 15 minutes away. It's an hour to Great Smokey Mountains National Park!

The rental is a finished basement apartment below our main living space. It has a private entrance, so you might not see us at all-- unless you're looking for local recommendations (which we're happy to give) or to borrow a board game from our extensive collection!
