Two-bedroom apartment ideally located between the Arènes (less than 100 meters) and the Maison Carrée (classified by UNESCO), 300 meters from the magnificent Musée de la Romanité. You are a 5-minute walk from the Halles de Nîmes and close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes access to the Arènes car park (maximum height: 1 meter 90) for the duration of your stay, located 200 meters from the apartment. You will be only a few minutes from the train station (approx. 500 meters).

Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

THE 2 SINGLE BEDS can be PUSHED TOGETHER or SEPARATED by a CURTAIN, to create TWO mini bedroom SPACES IN THE MAIN ROOM and maintain everyone's privacy.

Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright 2-room, not overlooked, with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free-access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk away. Free parking is available at the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.

My Townhouse

Enjoy a comfortable and centrally-located place. A five-minute walk to downtown, in the heart of the street art district, our 25 m2 studio is the perfect place to enjoy the city on foot. For a concert, a feria, or a cultural visit, we are close to everything but far enough away to have a quiet stay. Longtime fans of the Airbnb spirit, we love to share by offering a table d'hôtes of local specialties and delicious pastries.

Charming little studio, located in the heart of the Ecusson district close to the Hôtel de la Préfecture, 5 minutes from Place de la Comédie. The "Montpellier Saint-Roch" train station is 10 minutes away and the tram (4 lines) is a 5-minute walk away. 4 underground parking lots within 500 m. Also within a 500 m radius, all the places to go out in the city of Montpellier (bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas, etc.)
