The cottage has 1-bedroom plus a sofa bed (lounge) - sleeps 4, plus its own private garden front and rear and parking. The Gite is close to Bressuire / Parthenay and La Foret sur Sevre which has a restaurant, cafe, plus a beautiful Chateau with picnic area on the banks of the moat. Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

I would recommend Patricia's place! It's a dependent accommodation with its own private entrance and it feels like home! The accommodation is clean and has all the necessary amenities! Patricia and her husband are really very welcoming, we loved interacting with them during the 4 days we spent at their home! Beautiful environment, quiet in the countryside, perfect for relaxing! Very nice, clean and functional accommodation. New in perfect condition and very well equipped. We had a nice stay there with our 4-year-old son who was able to enjoy the garden and the toys left on site🤗. There are beautiful beaches, I recommend "Marie's cabin" at fault on Sea. Beautiful beach and quiet. Thanks to Brice, and maybe see you next time...
