Ideal for a few quiet days in the countryside or for a longer stay. Independent accommodation on the first floor of an annex to the owners' house and next to a cottage that you can book as an extension (Gîtes de France Isère 245100) Small terrace area and independent barbecue on the ground floor overlooking the hills of the Drôme. Access to heated swimming pool (June to September). Numerous walks and tours in the surrounding area (St Antoine, Vercors, Marques Avenue Romans...)

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isere, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further to Vercors (1/2 H), the Postman Cheval Palace or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. We will be happy to advise you on the many activities to do in the area; Well-behaved and sociable pets welcome ON REQUEST as the garden is shared; Linen rental possible (€12), optional cleaning fee (€40).

Cozy 17 m2 studio where everything has been thought out to make you feel good, small kitchenette, basin and walk-in shower, separate toilet, on the mezzanine floor with a 140 bed, which does not allow standing, and enjoy a small terrace where you can have your meals in an environment surrounded by trees and greenery, studio at the end of the owner's house.

This small 75 m2 house is designed for your downtime, as a couple or with family. Adjoining your host's, the quiet environment is relaxing. In a green setting, close to the center of the village classified as Most Beautiful Village in France (1.5 km), it is pleasant after beautiful hikes, it is ideally located to visit many heritage sites in the region or discover the richness of our local gastronomy.

After renovating our house, we built this cottage using low-impact techniques and materials.
