Entire apartment for exclusive use and equipped. We are in the municipality of Champdepraz at 520 meters above sea level in the lower Valley. Excellent base and convenient starting point for those who want to explore the entire region, ideal for hikers, skiers, climbers and mountain lovers. In the winter, there is a pellet stove and a gas boiler in the bathroom. Not suitable for children 0-12. Tourist tax included in the costs. Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Very comfortable house (bedding, bathroom, kitchen), very well maintained. Everything was spotless and smelled good. Several small touches, books and toys for children, space around the house. Great for a stay with kids and to explore the surroundings. You need a car to get around as there is not much nearby. Accommodation managed by the family who live upstairs, very responsive and friendly family. Perfect welcome. I would recommend it in a second!

It was a beautiful vacation full of relaxation, immersed in nature, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The house is super clean and equipped with all comforts, the garden is manicured and we spent a lot of time with our 3 month old. Thanks to Fabrizio and his family for hosting, we hope to be back soon!!

Nice stay, it was comfortable for 6 adults. Easy communication with the host. Free parking close by. If you are going to ski, Cervinia is 50 min away. Only minus is that there is no dishwasher if you you are planning to cook a lot. But kitchen itself if fully functioning.
