Under the Blues is a fully remodeled single level 2 bedroom/2 bath home completed in 2023. Nestled between Canyonlands and Bears Ears National Monument, We are at 7100 ft and are at the foothills of the 11,360 ft. Abajo Mountains. The Living Room features a remote controlled gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV, and Leather sofas. The Master bedroom features a Purple brand mattress, adjustable bed, 48" Smart TV, duel vanities, a heated bidet and a walk in closet. We don't allow pets, parties or smoking!

Six stars if I could. My wife, several friends, and I stayed at this yurt for three nights while we visited Canyonlands, Mesa Verde, and Arches National Parks. The place was amazing, surprisingly spacious for ten adults and a baby, and was well equipped to take care of us after long, hot days in the desert. We cooked all our breakfasts and dinners in the yurt, and it was perfect. Kendyl was very responsive and helpful when I asked questions, and check in/check out could not have been easier. Highly recommended!

The place had the feel of an old time saloon. It was perfect. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. Monticello had a great Mexican restaurant. David told me about some beautiful places to see incredible scenery. I chose it because it wasn’t that far- in my mind - to Moab and great vistas and hiking there. Thanks David. I look forward to my next trip.

Great location for our golf vacation. Very close to the Hideout golf course. Wonderful views from the patio. Preston and his team were so nice and responsive. This is an older property but still met our needs. We will look to stay again when we come back in the fall.

The cabin was perfect with lots of space, a nice wrap around porch, and fire pit. There were 5-6 mule deer to watch every night and morning. We had a great day at Canyonlands on the Slickrock Trail and came home with a pizza to sit in front of a fire until all the stars came out. Great place if you want to get away from the city lights.

The all-around experience far exceeded my expectations, from the thoughtfulness of every detail inside and out. For someone like me who likes things simple, I felt this offered the perfect solution, but not without thinking of everything that might be needed, and having it right at hand. WiFi is right there, but wasn’t bombarding me…if I needed to access it, I could walk a handful of steps and have it. Sheila was always responsive…and those biscuits and the jam, divine. If I didn’t feel the need to explore the nearby sites, I would have been perfectly happy staying on the ranch the entire time. The place was perfectly cozy, and the blue flame heater was there if I needed to take the edge off of the cold at night. Honestly, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys glamping at its finest. I only wish I would’ve had the opportunity to meet Sheila and the owners, just to see who would put such heart and soul into this place. I would’ve given more than five stars if it was possible
