Amazing villa built in 1925 in Villanova, seaside resort of Ostuni (Puglia), a charming location just 10 meters from the sea. In front there is a small isolated and quiet rocky beach, surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean bush, from which you can swim. Each room has a window or a door directly on the sea. The house is cozy, comfortable, a view that stretches between the sea and the green of the garden. Beautiful living room with the fireplace and the view of the sea. Garden, patio, terrace.

Questo spazio unico, ricavato nei trulli, ha uno stile tutto suo in grado di far vivere le autentiche emozioni della valle d'Itria.
