You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. 1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
