Micca is awesome ! Her greetings are very welcoming .If I could give her 10 ⭐️ I would . From beginning to end her communication was 10/10. Airbnb looks exactly like the photos ,easy parking ,fully equipped, and very clean. I had nooo issues at ALL. Ive stayed at several air bnb’s and I must say this is the BEST one yet. Also to mention alot of stores and restaurants near property,beautiful location and its quiet . It was perfect ! Thank you Micca for making my vacation feel right at home🙏🏾

This was a very nice home, everything looked brand new and extremely clean. It was surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom. We loved the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood but had very easy access to the main highways. About 15 minutes to the Woodlands, 25 min from IAH and 40min to Downtown Houston. The host was responsive and self check in was simple. Overall 10/10, we really enjoyed our 1 week stay and will definitely come back again for our next visit.

I spent about 45 days at Steven’s studio. it was an unforgettable time. The place was very clean, a lot of space for family to enjoy. The only issue that I had was with the internet because the internet was very slow, which I mentioned to Steven. They will take action to solve it. Overall, I had a great experience at the hosts house and they are very nice and welcoming people as well. I will recommend the place for anyone who wants to go to Spring area in Houston.

Kim was a very great host and the unit looked exactly as pictured. Worked out great for what we needed! She was very flexible with the dates needed and always responsive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Kim!

We have stayed before and love the place. Good location, close to everything we needed. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed to get started for our stay in Montgomery.

Ray was a great host and the space was amazing. Spacious for two, we slept like the dead, and Ray even had a few refreshments in the fridge for us. Easy check-in and -out, with the he was right next door if I needed him. We would stay again, with no hesitation.

Nice little one bedroom apartment with access to gym and pool

The listing has a bit of false advertisement. It’s listed as a 2 bed room full apartment access which isn’t true, it’s more like a guest suite. You only have access to 1 room with 1 bed and a layout sofa. Also there are a ton of rules and unexpected fees. Other than that the stay was good! I had no problems. It has everything you need, bathroom, shower, tv, microwave, fridge, and a bed. But I do believe the price should be cheaper, it’s like hotel styled.

The pictures don't do this place justice! Very cute place for a weekend retreat. I rented this place for my family and I to stay at for the last weekend of Texas Renaissance Festival but wish he had more time to take advantage of the amenities offered such as dining at the yacht club and use of the pool. It was about 35 minutes (with good traffic) from the festival grounds so not too bad of a drive! The balcony view is gorgeous and a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or just relax. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area and spacious king bed with so many comfortable pillows in the master! This is perfect for a family and could comfortably sleep 4 small children or 2-3 teenagers along with 2 adults! The hosts were quick to respond to inquiriesThe drive in and surrounding area was so beautiful and peaceful! Will definitely consider this place for future rentals in the area!

My first time going there was different cause at the end of main road turns into a gravel road and surrounded by trees. My first thought was perfect place to make a horror movie. Lol. But soon as you go around the corner and are able to see the units and other houses it was quit nice. Other tenants were friendly as well. Felt very safe and comfortable. Doesn’t take but a few minutes to go anywhere you wanted to go. I’d definitely stay again

Leandre thought of things I didn’t know I would need. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything for a comfortable stay. The furnishings and decorations feel like they were selected by a professional interior decorator. It was a wonderful stay! I will keep an eye out for this AirBnB the next time I book a stay in Spring.

Apartment was comfortable. Surrounding area not all that nice but the complex was nice. Short drive to get food and necessities. Perfect for what we needed. No wine opener

Todo nos quedaba cerca y fue muy agradable salir a caminar por la zona. 100 por ciento recomendable! Los mejores hosts siempre al pendiente

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

Very nice apartment in great location, close to I-45 for convenience and also secluded enough for quiet evening to relax. Kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. Bed was very comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.
