Our tiny cabin is located a stone’s throw away from the Mud Lock boat launch on the NYS Cayuga-Seneca River. A quiet and serene destination for nature enthusiast’s, angler’s, boater’s and hunters. Comes equipped with: stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, 2 coffee makers, cookware, dishes. A futon sofa that will sleep 1 comfortably, TV with Spectrum cable & Disney+. The bedroom has a full-sized bed and a reading lamp. The bathroom has a roomy shower, toilet and washer and dryer.

River Road Retreat

Place was nicer in person than in pictures. Beautiful property. Kayaks and fishing was a lot of fun. Wildlife was plentiful. All equipment was there and in good condition for outside, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We only had four adults and a toddler but you easily could have fit two full families. Even though it rained all weekend we still enjoyed ourselves more than expected. We will certainly be returning.

The home was great. My family and I stayed for 6 nights. The home was extremely clean and cozy. The kitchen was easy to navigate. The living room was comfortable and had a big TV. The bedrooms were a good size and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were super clean and modern. The laundry room was well stocked.
