The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs.
