Una bellissima casa e una bellissima esperienza di soggiorno. Uno dei più begli alloggi trovati su Airbnb, tutto ottimo dalla casa in sé alla posizione - la veranda con il mare di fronte è indimenticabile - alla disponibilità di Nicoletta, la nostra host. Nicoletta è stata molto disponibile ed esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni necessarie sia per la gestione della casa che per tutto quello che ha riguardato il soggiorno, oltre a essere molto flessibile sia per il check in che per il check out. L'alloggio è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio, facile da trovare, oltre che dotato di forniture di base sia per cucinare che per il bagno. Naturalmente fare colazione con il mare davanti e addormentarsi con il rumore delle onde sono elementi che rendono il soggiorno magnifico. Se potessimo torneremmo domani! Grazie ancora Nicoletta e a presto!

Wer ein paar ruhige Tage am Meer verbringen möchte, wird diese Unterkunft lieben! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, die Anfahrt lohnt sich aber! Das Highlight ist der großzügige Balkon mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Man muss nur einige Treppenstufen gehen, dann ist man auch schon am Strand. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und haben die Zeit an der Costa Verde sehr genossen.

Sono stato altre volte ospite di Marinella, Assolutamente fantastica Host, si percepisce la passione che dedica all’ospitalità. Come sempre la casa era impeccabile, curata in ogni angolo e nei minimi dettagli. Come sempre la pulizia é stata esemplare. Sicuramente ci torneremo presto, é una meta fissa durante le nostre vacanze in Sardegna

Casa antica ristrutturata in mezzo alla natura

La/e casa/e di Matteo è a una mezz'ora abbondante da Scivu e Piscinas, due spiagge bellissime. Si è immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità, naturalmente è necessaria una macchina, ma vale la pena fare un po' di strada di campagna per godere del "rumore" della natura e del giardino fiorito di Matteo e poter usufruire di due case, una per cucinare e riporre tutte le cose di cui si ha bisogno in una vacanza e l'altra per rilassarsi e dormire. All'inizio è stato un po' "buffo", come si dice da noi, ma poi molto piacevole e piacevolissime sono state le serate a mangiare fuori e godere del fresco e delle stelle. Ultima cosa in casa era molto fresco e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con gli insetti, basta stare attenti a chiudere porte e finestre di giorno e non lasciare residui di cibo. Ottima base per visitare la costa verde, torneremo sicuramente qui la prossima volta che visiteremo il sud della Sardegna. Grazie Matteo dell'accoglienza e della cura del giardino e della casa.

Terrace with the best view

The view from the terrace is breathtaking – a panoramic sea view with daily sunsets. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and looks even better than in the photos! The towels and bed linens smelled fresh. The kitchen and whole house are fully equipped, including beach gear like loungers, umbrellas, and swimming accessories. Behind the house is a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, larger than expected. Marco is incredibly kind and made us feel at home. He warmly welcomed us with some bread, his own delicious olive oil (we even bought a liter to take home!), and a fresh strawberry pie from his garden. And on our last day, he surprised us with local Sardinian pastries. Gutturu Flumini is a peaceful village with no tourists – perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. Just 2–3 minutes away is a quiet beach with crystal-clear, shallow water – perfect for swimming. We went for daily runs along the coast to admire the views. We'd love to come back in the future! Thank you!
