The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

In the heart of Provence, in Monteux, close to the Spirou and Wave Island parks, Avignon and its festival. 2 rooms, 45 m², very bright, comfortable, living room/kitchen with new 160 cm sofa bed, bedroom, 180 cm and 90 cm beds, large 18 m² terrace, plancha available, 9 x 4 m swimming pool, very quiet. The pool is not shared; you have priority at all times. We take the opportunity to do the maintenance while you are visiting our beautiful region.

The living room has a large leather sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a central island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and toilet. Both bedrooms have a 160 bed and a closet.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
