Located in the small town of Monteux, this renovated property is close to many attractions (Provençal villages, lake, Wave Island, Parc Spirou) and amenities (train to Avignon a 3-minute walk away). You will have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room (sofa bed), a kitchen, an office with a single bed, and a garden with a terrace, barbecue, and above-ground pool (from mid-June to mid-September). The house is in a very quiet residential area. No parties accepted. Well behaved and affectionate dog accepted.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

You are 20 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from Nîmes, Arles, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. A wooded outdoor area welcomes you and you can enjoy the pool and a shaded terrace. We kindly ask that you clean the premises upon checkout. It is also forbidden to use this place for parties, I attach a lot of importance to this.
