Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

A beautiful apartment, with a covered outdoor terrace, very nice. Furniture and decor are very nice, bedding is very good quality. The rooms are large, the bathroom is superb and the cherry on the cake: the air conditioning!! Thanks to all this we had a very pleasant stay between Milan and Como. Luana and Giuseppe were able to give very good tips on services in the vicinity and on sightseeing without wasting time. They are nice and kind people. You can book with no hesitation! Nicholas and his wife were lovely hosts. He was very communicative before our arrival, which was helpful because the parking was a little tricky. He met us and helped carry our luggage up to the apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular. It is very clean and simple yet lovely and comfortable. There were outside spaces to congregate on either side of the apartment. The location was convenient. He was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries, and when to arrive places to miss crowds. We wished we were staying longer. I highly recommend.

His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

We stayed at Sunny's place for 3 nights and we felt right at home. For us it was a very convenient location since it was walking distance to a wedding we were attending. The village and the neighborhood itself is residential and relatively quiet. The train station is within walking distance from the apartment and from there it takes just 30 minutes to reach Milan. Perfect! The apartment itself is very clean, modern, fully equiped and very comfortable. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing stay at Cinzia’s home. I wish I never had to leave. Her and her family were so helpful and kind. For us, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short walk into town, but still felt secluded and private, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and nature all around. Cinzia was responsive to any of our questions and helped coordinate a massage for us by the water, and a multi-course dinner service at the home - everything was exceptional.
