House vacation rentals in Montesilvano

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

Very nice property located in a quiet area, spacious and can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is required to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

A peaceful corner from which to enjoy a wonderful panorama between the Apennines and the sea. Well-kept apartment equipped with all comforts, very close to the medieval historic center of Montepagano. An unforgettable vacation that I would recommend to everyone

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, nice pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely okay for us. Angelo is a great host, we'd come back any time.

Tina was always available and responsive. He made us feel at home with lots of tips about the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, great for those looking for a base for activities in the area. Highly recommended

Great, very cozy house. The very nice landlady lives right next door and is very helpful. The house is very close to the city center and central train station. There are some shops and a pharmacy nearby. So everything is very easy and quick to reach on foot. For us as a family with one child, this was the perfect place to stay and we would be happy to come back.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

Great location for quiet stays, despite being a few minutes drive from the center of Cepagatti. For our vacation dedicated to visits it was a good starting point, being close to the highways, as well as practical to reach the sea. Comfortable apartment and equipped with everything you need. Paolo is absolutely courteous and useful for information about the surroundings and tips for eating well. Absolutely recommended, to consider for a possible return (we hope...) to Abruzzo.

Surrounded by greenery, the house is very nice and quiet,Dante and Annalisa are very helpful people, I will definitely be back,highly recommended as a strategic point to reach Pescara and neighboring areas.

Maurizio's place was in the perfect location in the most perfect town in Abruzzo. You just have to open the living room window to see the beautiful hills of Abruzzo or walk around the corner to get a fantastic drink and the cutest bar with the most amazing views. He was a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend.

We love our host Maria and her mom, great person to deal with. The place was clean, spacious, well stocked and only few steps from the main square. We will be back again.

A location in a very strategic point of Montesilvano, away from the crowds of the waterfront but a 10-minute walk from it. The house is very nice, well furnished and recently renovated, Salvatore is a very kind and hospitable person and promptly made himself available to us for an arrival with an unexpected delay. Adjacent to the house, in the property, there is a large space that for us, who were with two motorcycles, was an unparalleled convenience and safety, practically in front of the large window of the living room a few meters from us!!!! Everything is very clean and tidy. When I take a motorcycle ride in Abruzzo again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended to everyone!

The apartment is small but equipped with every comfort. The bathroom is small but functional, the living room with the perfect sofa bed. Great kitchenette on the enclosed terrace with sliding windows, so you can cook without smelling in the house. However, the real added value of this apartment is the terrace. Large livable and well-equipped! It is also priceless and free indoor parking. The location is very convenient for those like us who want a child-friendly or quiet vacation. The sea can be reached after a few steps, so much so that we returned home for lunch without any problem. The only downside is the lack of services in the immediate vicinity (bars, restaurants, etc... there is a small structure under the house that makes typical food to eat on site and take away, it saved us at least a couple of dinners!) but still nothing that cannot be resolved using bicycles.
