It is located in a pedestrian area, so it is not accessible by car, but there is a convenient paid parking lot a 2-minute walk away and free parking along the road a little further away. Close to the most important places to visit! Access to the apartments is on a comfortable ground floor but the view from the balcony of apartment number 1 is on a high floor (magic of the Sassi of Matera!)

Wi-Fi gratuito, giardino completamente recintato e indipendente. E se siete proprio tanti, accanto a Villa Mediterranea c'è anche villa Elisabetta, la sua gemella con altri 10-12 posti! N.B. Appartamento d'epoca, esteso su due piani. Due camere da letto matrimoniali, una al primo piano e l'altra al secondo, ciascuna con il suo bagno in camera. Ad uso cliente vengono forniti le asciugamani e l'asciugacapelli. E' a disposizione una cucina spaziosa, attrezzatissima, recentemente ristrutturata, con lavanderia (lavatrice e asciugatrice). Un salotto stanza da pranzo, anch'essi di larghe dimensioni. Terrazza accessibile dalla seconda camera da letto, con piante e salotto esterno.

This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.
