The balcony makes the place. The ever changing view of the harbor with boats coming and going is something you could sit and watch all day. But because Porto Venere is so beautiful and walkable, you’ll want to do that instead. The sunset and sky are spectacular.

Luca’s place is perfectly located in the heart of La Spezia—just steps away from great restaurants and within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre while still being able to enjoy relaxed evenings in La Spezia. The location really couldn’t have been better for our stay!

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

An extremely warm welcome from Franca! There is no doubt that the walk from the train station and the steps up to the room are steep but the accommodation and views were worth the trek! The room is cosy with everything you would need. The WiFi was a little shaky and when I reported this to Franca it was rebooted straight away. The patio overlooking Riomaggiore was a perfect spot for a glass of wine and taking in the atmosphere, not least watching the swifts circle the town. The bed was comfy and everything provided including beach towels should you want to go for a swim. I would definitely recommend Francas place not least to meet the fabulous Nonna herself! She is 80 years old and managed the steps ok but then I guess has been doing so for many years! A great experience! Thank you!

Monica’s place is amazing! It’s a little slice of heaven. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the home was beautifully decorated. The sunsets from the balcony are stunning! Monica and Andrea were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cinque Terre.

Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! I definitely recommend, a very nice and helpful hostess, a comfortable apartment in a good location both for those who want to relax in a quiet place and for those who want to visit Cinque Terre.

Great stay, very clean, bright apartment. With air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Two minutes on foot from the train station. And a few steps from the streets with restaurants etc. Street with a lot of car and ambulance traffic so quite noisy when on the terrace but the apartment is very well insulated so you don't hear any noise when the windows are closed. I would definitely recommend this apartment. And the host is very nice and gives good tips.

Luca's apartment is in a very good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station while being in a nice neighborhood near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and the sofa are perfect. The living room is small but we were never there during the day. Ideal for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

We had a great family stay thanks to this apartment which has everything you need and was incredibly clean. Giovanni is very nice and responsive, it was a real pleasure to live in this bubble for a day. We'll be back for sure!

We lovde our stay at this apartment in Lerici. Amazing place with fantastiske view over the city and the bay. A true gem for annonse looking to spent time in Lerici. We will be back!

Cozy and pristine apartment has absolutely everything you need for relaxing vacation. With breathtaking view, especially during sunrise. Having free parking outside is an advantage for those who travel by a car. The location is perfect for exploring nearby villages of Cinque Terre. Davide’s instructions made check-in and check-out easy and fast.

Davide and Conccetta's apartment is highly recommended, it is comfortable, clean, quiet, and is located in a strategic place between the sea and the train stations, in the center, beautiful.. Davide was always attentive and we made use of his recommendations, go to Rapallo and Davide's!!

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

The house is really wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation — a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Everything went wonderfully for this stay! Ilaria took great care of us to prepare for our arrival, with the baby bed we had requested, full of advice and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we expected. It is a great solution for people wishing to tour the area by car. Cozy apartment with a great terrace and pool, from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. The area is very quiet and there is nature around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
